The best winter resort you could ask for! Super friendly and helpful people, 24 hour reception is always there for you! Breathtaking mountain and lake view and lots of snow are there for you to have a full-on winter experience. Great food and tea is served and the laundry is cheap. To top it all off, the lovely receptionist ‘Abdullah’ surprised us with a chocolate cake! All in all we had an amazingly comfortable stay here. I highly recommend it.

Güzel bir tatil geçirdim. Her şey mükemmeldi, temizlik, yemekler… çok keyifli bir otel. Beautiful hotel, stayed for 3 days and everything was soo clean and the service and food was also really good, the view from the hotel is breathtakingly beautiful ♥️

The suits were huge and very clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The manager ‘Abdullah’ is a professional and lovely guy and he went beyond the call of duty in helping us booking our return ticket. They made sure we had a enjoyable stay! We also had a lovely surprise at the end! The hotel has a great breakfast routine including the local Kuymak. We loved it! ‘Ayhan’ and the other chef made sure we were served this local delicacy every morning. The hotel doesn’t normally serve dinner, but since we hadn’t rent a car to drive to the nearby restaurants, the kitchen provided us with great dinner as well! All in all, we had an amazing stay there! I highly recommend this accommodation, if you want an authentic winter experience in the mountains of the Black Sea. The views are breathtaking. We really enjoyed the daily walks! The scenery is exceptional!
