It was such an amazing experience and the staff was soo good. The rooms were soo big and clean. The view was soo beautiful in the middle of mountains.

I had a great vacation. Everything was perfect, cleanliness, food… a very enjoyable hotel. The common areas are hygienic, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they took care of everything very well. With its nature and vegetation, clean pine scent, and plenty of oxygen, this has become a hotel I will want to come back to again and again. I would like to thank everyone from the manager to the cleaning team for their attention.

The best winter resort you could ask for! Super friendly and helpful people, 24 hour reception is always there for you! Breathtaking mountain and lake view and lots of snow are there for you to have a full-on winter experience. Great food and tea is served and the laundry is cheap. To top it all off, the lovely receptionist ‘Abdullah’ surprised us with a chocolate cake! All in all we had an amazingly comfortable stay here. I highly recommend it.
